Endeavor Philippines announces five companies in the 2026 Endeavor Outliers Class
Manila, Philippines, April 2026 —
Endeavor Philippines announced that five Philippine companies have been named to the 2026 Endeavor Outliers class, Endeavor’s annual recognition of its highest-performing portfolio companies. The 2026 class comprises 238 companies across 35 countries, representing some of the highest-performing founder-led businesses in the world. The Philippine cohort, which includes Great Deals, Growsari, Billease, Tonik, and Pickup Coffee, reflects the sustained growth and global competitiveness of the Philippine startup ecosystem.
Endeavor Outliers is designed for founders of later-stage, highest-performing companies that have reached a level of scale where peer exchange and deeper leadership work become especially valuable. Selection is based on a combination of net revenue thresholds and three-year compound annual growth rates, with CAGR calculated over the period 2022 to 2025. Companies are evaluated across four tiers: Early Breakout, Scaling Up, Scaled and Growing, and Multipliers, which recognizes founders who have exited and continue to contribute to the broader ecosystem.
Great Deals and GrowSari are recognized as Outliers for the fifth consecutive year, reflecting remarkable consistency and scale. BillEase and Tonik earn the recognition for the second year in a row, continuing their trajectory as two of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the country. Pickup Coffee joins the class for the first time, recognized under the Early Breakout category for its exceptional growth momentum and recent expansion into Mexico.
The Philippine companies join a global class that has collectively raised $31.42 billion over the past three years, with more than 80% of Outlier companies operating beyond their home markets. The class includes 93 unicorns and 5 decacorns, underscoring the caliber of companies represented.
