Endeavor Philippines Concludes Scale Up Program with Demo Day Featuring Promising Startups
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Endeavor Philippines celebrated the successful conclusion of its Scale Up Program with a highly anticipated Demo Day on November 18, 2024, showcasing exceptional startups to an audience of investors, mentors, and ecosystem leaders. Held in partnership with Kickstart Ventures at Area 55, the event marked the culmination of the program, which began in September and featured a cohort of innovative companies: BuildHub, EDGE Tutor, Expedock, GoRocky, Humble Sustainability, Kwik Insure, Mayani, Remotify, and Zendease by 1Export.
The Scale Up Program, known for its practical and founder-centric approach, guided participants through eight intensive modules designed to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Highlights of the program included:

- Scale Up My Product with Dexter Ligot-Gordon and Swarm
- Scale Up My Operations with Jaime Gonzalez-Fernandez of Pickup Coffee
- Scale Up My Customers with Patrick Gentry of Sprout Solutions
- Scale Up My Tech with Solutions Architects of Amazon Web Services
- Scale Up My Finances with ER Rollan of Growsari
- Scale Up My Investors with Paulo Campos of Kaya Founders, and the Investment Teams of Foxmont Capital Partners, Gentree Fund, Gobi-Core, Kickstart Ventures, and Wavemaker Partners
- *And curated consultation sessions with the partners of Bain & Company, Patricia Buenaventura Nichol, Yukiko Tsukamoto, and Bennett Aquino
Each session offered tailored advice from leading founders and experts in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, equipping participants with the tools to overcome challenges and scale their businesses effectively. Notably, all speakers of the program are Endeavor Entrepreneurs and Mentors.
The Demo Day featured 5-minute pitches from each startup, presenting their business models, growth potential, and aspirations. Following the pitches, the program concluded with a networking session where attendees engaged with fellow founders, investors, and corporate executives, and explored opportunities for collaboration and investment.
As part of their graduation, participants were presented with a copy of Crazy is a Compliment, written by Endeavor Co-founder and CEO Linda Rottenberg, reinforcing the importance of bold thinking and resilience in the entrepreneurial journey.
