Endeavor Philippines launches Scale Up Cohort 5, bringing together high-potential founders and industry mentors

Manila, Friday, October 31, 2025 —

Endeavor Philippines has officially launched the fifth cohort of its flagship Scale Up by Endeavor program, welcoming a new group of high-potential founders who are poised to accelerate their growth and deepen their impact on the Philippine entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The program kicked off in September at the Bain & Company Manila office with a powerful strategy session led by Patricia Buenaventura Nichol and Yukiko Tsukamoto, Partners at Bain & Company, who will serve as key mentors throughout the cohort. The launch brought together founders and mentors aligned on one shared mission: making meaningful progress on each company’s most critical growth priorities.

This year’s cohort features 11 companies across technology, consumer, mobility, sustainability, and more:

  1. Hyperstacks – Graham Jimenez, Jo Nadora
  2. Mylo – Vince Rocha, Enrico Aquino
  3. DOON – Enrique Hormillo, Miguel Locsin, Arshad Wala
  4. MOTORENTO – Vaibhav Srivastava, Adi Kapoor, Kieran Martin
  5. Hotelblock.AI – Mina Singson-Brightman
  6. Leeveit – Joey Consenheim
  7. OneLot – Julian Schumacher, Tommy Campos, Subramaniam Srinivasan
  8. Dehusk – Sam Tecuala, Christophe Bariou, Nadine Lustre
  9. Blitz Nutrition – Jaime Siy, Sebastian Narciso
  10. Umpisa – Pamela Belen, Dennis Nora
  11. AF Home – Christof Rellera

Over the next six months, founders will participate in a curated journey of mentorship, hands-on strategic support, and peer learning, guided by Bain & Company and Endeavor’s global network. They will sharpen their strategies, build stronger teams, and scale with clarity and discipline.

“Every founder in this cohort is solving real problems and building for impact. Scale Up brings them together to grow faster, not just through mentorship but through community. Because when founders support each other, they don’t just grow their companies, they move the whole ecosystem forward,” said Arvin Martin Santos, Program Lead for Scale Up, Endeavor Philippines.

Now in its fifth year, Scale Up by Endeavor has supported 18 companies to date, enabling founders to overcome key challenges, seize new opportunities, and strengthen their leadership capabilities.

The program is made possible through the support of mentors and partners who share Endeavor’s mission of empowering high-impact entrepreneurship in the Philippines — with special thanks to Bain & Company for hosting the kickoff and for their continued leadership in the cohort.
