MatchCAP Asia 2025 returns bigger than ever with record-breaking investor-founder roadshow

Singapore, Monday, May 5, 2025 —
Endeavor is proud to announce the return of MatchCAP Asia 2025, the largest investor-founder matchmaking roadshow in Southeast Asia, held in Singapore on April 27-29, 2025.
Now on its 7th year, MatchCAP Asia 2025 has scaled up in a big way: bringing together over 240 entrepreneurs and investors from across Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Europe for 800+ curated one-on-one meetings. This exclusive two-day roadshow is designed to foster deep, strategic connections between high-growth startups and leading venture capital firms across the region.
“What started as a bold experiment in 2019 has now become a cornerstone event for Endeavor in Asia,” says Manny Ayala, Endeavor’s Regional Managing Director for Asia. “The numbers say it all. The momentum is real, and the appetite for high-quality conversations between founders and investors continues to grow.”
What makes MatchCAP unique is its highly personalized format. Each participating company receives a carefully curated schedule of meetings, held directly in investor offices or selected venues—an approach designed to prioritize quality over quantity. By facilitating meaningful conversations at the right time and place, Endeavor ensures that each meeting has the potential to become a catalyst for investment, partnership, or strategic growth.
This year’s cohort includes Endeavor Entrepreneurs and exclusively invited founders who are actively preparing to raise capital in the next 6 to 12 months. Investors span local and regional VCs, growth equity firms, and strategic funds looking to back the next generation of Southeast Asia’s high-impact companies.
As the region’s startup ecosystem matures and capital becomes more discerning, MatchCAP Asia remains one of the few events purpose-built to go beyond surface-level networking—creating space for founders and funders to connect, collaborate, and scale together.
MatchCAP Asia 2025 is made possible through the generous support of our partners who share our mission to grow the Southeast Asian entrepreneurship ecosystem. We extend our gratitude to our sponsors—Aspire, Amazon Web Services, Buttonscarves, Carta, Cooley, Deel, Grab, Grand Tech Cloud Services, Green Rebel, IHG, Qapita, and Singapore Global Network—for enabling meaningful connections between founders and investors. Special thanks as well to our media partners IDN Times, Fortune Indonesia, and e27, for helping us amplify these stories of innovation and impact across the region.
